Install from Google Play

Your whole farm record, offline.

Log feed, water, growth and mortality with no connection at all — FCR, biomass, survival and a harvest window are computed on the phone itself. When a cooperative, adviser or feed company should see part of it, you open that yourself, block by block, and you can revoke it.

For organisations

For cooperatives, advisers and feed companies

A desktop portal that reads the farms which opened data to it — and nothing else. Read-only by design: a partner can see and analyse, never write into a farm's logbook.

Goes to a person, not an autoresponder — and this is not the farmer tester list.

Your farm data is everywhere. The picture isn't.

Feed notes on paper, water readings in a spreadsheet, mortality in WhatsApp, the rest in your head. It's hard to see how a pond is really doing, whether efficiency is slipping, and when to harvest.

Those messages do not have to be retyped: a partner organisation can turn an exported chat into records you review and accept.

How it works

  1. Keep clean records
  2. Numbers computed for you
  3. Spot risks early
  4. Understand every number
  • The day, in one screen

What is still due today, pond by pond, in one ordered queue. The app lists the work; it does not decide it for you.

  • The feeding round

One pass with the feed: pond by pond, with the amount you gave. The amount stays yours — the app records it, never prescribes it.

  • The tray check

A queue of checks by the clock: you record what is left in the tray, or that you could not tell. Nothing is predicted from it and no feeding amount is prescribed.

  • The water round

One pass across the ponds with wet hands — the values you measured, and a reason when a pond had to be skipped.

  • Photo-assisted sampling

AI-assisted sampling helps estimate count and size from photos. Results can be reviewed and corrected before saving.

  • Three cycle charts

Average weight (ABW), FCR and water across the cycle, computed from the entries you made. Those are the three charts this screen shows.

  • Voice note

Speak the entry when your hands are full: the app writes down what it heard and you confirm it. English first, more languages in beta.

  • FCR
  • ABW & growth rate
  • Estimated biomass
  • Survival %
  • Days of culture (DOC)
  • Harvest ETA

03

You decide what leaves the phone

Nothing about your farm goes anywhere on its own. When an adviser, cooperative or feed company should see part of it, you grant that yourself — block by block, full records or reports only, revocable whenever you want. Who has access is a list you can open in the app.

  • Offline-first Everything works without internet. Your farm may have no signal — the app doesn't need it.
  • No sensors, no lock-in Manual entry and local calculations. No hardware to buy, no cloud subscription required to get value.
  • Neutral and honest Estimates are shown as estimates, with a confidence label, and the app never funnels you to a lender, marketplace or feed brand. A cooperative, adviser or feed company can pay us for the business side — and still sees only what a farm opened to it. Farm data is never sold.

Start before the farm installs anything

An exported WhatsApp chat becomes structured records — feed, water, sampling and mortality — each one carrying the message it came from.

  • A person checks every row before import. Nothing lands unread.
  • In a farmer's own farm it is an offer: real only when the owner accepts, and only while their grant to you is active.
  • No farm on the other side yet? Work in your own workspace and hand it over later.
  • The whole import can be undone. Raw messages are not stored, and the provider is named before upload.

Who it is for

Start from the farms that opened data to you

Whatever the role, you start from the farms that opened data to you and the work that follows — with the gaps still visible instead of averaged away.

  • See how much data each farm actually sent

How much of the agreed record actually arrived: 19 of 19 received, 14 of 53, not requested yet, not available. The gap is a column, not a footnote.

  • Know what needs attention — and why

What happened, what is expected next, who owns it, when it is due, and whether the data behind it is shared at all — each one its own column. Nothing collapses into a single «priority».

Suspending a member does not touch their farm

A co-op manages membership, not access. Suspending a member keeps their account and keeps whatever their farm shared — that grant is the farm's to give and to revoke, and there is no membership switch that can override it.

A visit list built on what the farm needs, not on bookings

A farm cancels, the window passes, and the reason for the visit is still there. A booking-shaped list loses that row; this one keeps it, and counts what is standing without a booking above the table.

Set the programme; the farm keeps the actuals

A feeding programme names stages, targets and the SKU it refers to — and the SKU stays owned by the catalogue. There is no field here for what was actually fed: that number belongs to the farm, and the portal has no write path into it.

The Android app is free forever for up to 3 ponds — the logbook and every calculation stay on your device. No card or account required.
